📦 Processing & Dispatch Times
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase.
Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 1 business day after processing.
Tracking Code: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email within 24 hours.
📌 Important: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Additional Shipping Fee for Incorrect or Incomplete Customer Information
Please ensure all your delivery details—including name, address, phone number, and other contact information—are complete and accurate. If your order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, any additional shipping or redelivery fees incurred will be the customer’s responsibility. A fixed fee of 19.99 NZ$ will be charged to cover these costs.
Please note that if the re-shipment fee is not paid, the company will not proceed with resending the order. Payment of the fee is required before the order can be resent.
