Terms of the Guarantee
To qualify for the satisfaction guarantee and be eligible for a refund, you must:
✔ Use the DermaWave® device daily for 10 minutes, exactly as specified in the user manual.
✔ Follow all usage instructions carefully, ensuring the device is used consistently and properly to allow the expected results.
✔ Provide clear video evidence demonstrating correct and continuous use of the device for a minimum of 30 consecutive days.
How to Request a Refund or Return
If, after 90 days of consistent daily use, you are not satisfied with the results, you may request a full refund – but only after submitting valid video evidence. The required videos must include:
Daily video entries clearly showing the device being used according to the user manual.
Footage demonstrating the device being applied to the relevant areas (wrinkles, fine lines, pigmentation, skin laxity, etc.) over time.
